A few recommendations that will make this even stronger:

  • Add a separate Terms & Conditions page.

  • Add a Cookie Policy if you use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other tracking technologies.

  • If your site has an IDX home search, include the IDX provider's required disclosures and privacy language.

  • If you collect leads through Facebook or Google ads (which I know you're doing for new construction leads), include a checkbox on your forms stating that users consent to being contacted by phone, email, and text. If you send SMS messages, you'll also want a dedicated SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Consent page to help comply with carrier requirements and regulations.
