Zach Archer
I’m an Independent Broker at Crest Point Real Estate and launched my own team in 2024 to better serve clients in Hendricks County and the surrounding areas. I am a husband and father who believes in helping clients find more than just a house—I help them find a place to truly call home. I am known for clear communication, attentive listening, and providing personalized guidance throughout every step of the buying or selling process.
I am also a proud veteran, having served six years in the U.S. Army, including an overseas deployment, and I currently serve in the National Guard as an Airborne Infantryman. That experience shaped my discipline, work ethic, and commitment to service—qualities I bring to every real estate transaction.
Outside of real estate, I dedicate much of my time to training for Ironman triathlons. I also value traveling and spending quality time with my family. My goal is to deliver a smooth, stress-free, and rewarding experience for every client, whether you’re buying, selling, or investing.

As a lifelong resident of Hendricks County, I feel incredibly fortunate to help clients buy and sell homes in the community I’ve always called home. Growing up here and continuing to live here today has given me a deep appreciation for the neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle that make Hendricks County such a special place to live.
I graduated from Ball State University and began my professional career in luxury jewelry sales. That experience taught me the importance of building trust, paying close attention to detail, and providing a thoughtful, personalized experience, skills that translate naturally into helping guide clients through the real estate process.
I believe real estate is about more than just transactions, it’s about relationships and helping people feel confident during some of life’s biggest decisions. My goal is to make the buying or selling experience as smooth, informed, and positive as possible.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our dog. Being able to serve families in the same community where my own family lives is something I truly cherish.

Hi there! I am from Springfield, Illinois but moved to Brownsburg in the spring of 2021. I have loved getting to know the Indy area and enjoy living in Indiana. In Illinois, I went to school at Eastern Illinois University where I obtained both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. I was an elementary teacher for several years before transitioning to real estate.
My ultimate goal in real estate is to help clients be successful in their endeavors and ultimately give them the confidence to feel great about making huge life decisions. I can remember being so excited to buy my first home, but not knowing where to start or who to trust, as well. My husband and I were blessed to have found a realtor who took the time to listen to us, get to know us, and coach us into confident buyers and sellers! Before moving to Indiana, we successfully bought and sold two homes with him. Through that experience, I learned the true value of a realtor who not only gets to know his or her clients and genuinely cares about their wellbeing, but someone who excels in getting the job done well. I hope to be that person for you! I look forward to listening to your stories and needs, working hard for you, and helping you gain confidence in your real estate decisions!
In my free time I enjoy going home to visit family, walking my dogs, and flipping and building furniture. I also love to be outdoors, hike, and play games. Since moving here, I have loved seeing new places and attractions around Indy and meeting all the wonderful people who live here!
Transaction CoordinatorBorn and raised in Hendricks County, I have always loved real estate! After pursuing a career in the Beauty Industry for 15 years, and with my family growing, I decided to change careers! I started working with Crest Point in 2017, and I have loved every minute! I take my skills in management, communication, listening, my love for people, willingness to learn, and passion for real estate to make sure the biggest transaction in your life goes smoothly!!
As a Licensed Transaction Coordinator, I oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from the executed purchase agreement to closing. I am the liaison between real estate brokers, clients, title companies and lenders. Some of my responsibilities include, ordering title work, getting documents to lenders for the loan process, getting clients in touch with trusted home inspectors, ordering home warranties, sharing utility info for the home, keeping agents in the loop while reminding them of upcoming deadlines, schedule, and coordinate closing. I pride myself in regularly updating and maintaining communication with everyone involved, through the complete transaction!
